EA Sports has officially teased the arrival of TOTS ICONS through its social media posts, setting the stage for one of the biggest and most prestigious events of the year - Team of the Season (TOTS).
The teaser shows three ICON cards but hints that more may be revealed when the event fully launches. Here's everything you need to know
TOTS Event Overview
TOTS is all set to kick off this Tuesday (UTC) in FC Mobile. This event celebrates the top-performing players from around the world based on their real-life performances throughout the football season.

Weekly League Chapters
Each week, a new top league (like Ligue 1, Premier League, La Liga, etc.) will unlock its own TOTS chapter, offering new players, quests, and rewards.
Weekly Icon Exchange
A fresh Icon Exchange will come every week, allowing players to trade resources and cards for powerful ICONs.
Shards System Continues
The Shard system remains an important part of the TOTS grind.
Increased OVR Cap
TOTS will introduce 108 and 109 OVR players, raising the power level and team strength across the game.
New Card Design
TOTS cards will feature a brand-new, premium card design that looks sleek and fitting for such a major event.
Teased TOTS ICONS
In the teaser, three high-OVR ICONS were showcased
- 108 OVR ST (Striker) from the Netherlands
- 109 OVR CDM (Central Defensive Midfielder) from France
- 109 OVR RB (Right Back) from France
The most rumored and discussed names within the community are
ST (Netherlands)
Likely candidates include Patrick Kluivert, Marco van Basten, or Ruud van Nistelrooy, all of whom are legendary Dutch strikers.
CDM (France)
Possibilities include Emmanuel Petit, Patrick Vieira, or Marcel Desailly, three of France’s most iconic defensive midfielders.
RB (France)
The strongest guess is Lilian Thuram, a legendary right back known for his defensive prowess.
Focus on Ligue 1 in First Week
